Building a home can be a daunting task. Hiring a GC will typically cost you anywhere from 15-25% of the project cost no matter the pricing structure of your GC. Be weary of hidden fees and extras the lower the fee is. Like everything we do, our fee structure is completely transparent. Our standard fee is 20% of the approved project budget cost with a project specific overage allowance.

This is one of the most commonly asked questions and one of the hardest to answer. Permitting can take 1-2 months after your final plans are prepared. Once permitted you should plan a minimum 8 month build process for a custom home. Keep in mind that timeframe can grow quickly depending on scope, site condition, weather, product availability, client deliverables, etc.
